Our Employability Success

Your employability is our focus and at the heart of everything we do. That is why our courses offer opportunities to gain practical skills to give you the experience of applying what you have learnt and develop confidence in your skills and knowledge.

On top of this are the opportunities that our careers and employability service offers students for work experience, part-time and holiday employment, and volunteering experiences. These give our students the ability to develop a portfolio of experience and skills which make them shine when applying for jobs as a graduate.

Wrexham Glyndŵr University is currently number one in North Wales for getting its students jobs. We achieved an employability figure of 93% and are also above the sector average for graduate level employment, according to the latest Destination of Leavers Survey (DLHE) from the Higher Educations Statistics Agency (HESA).
