What were you doing before coming to Wrexham Glyndwr University?
Before I came to university I was working in a health spa, where I was practising and improving my skills and constantly expanding my knowledge. After four years of working there, I decided it was time for me to step forward, and that’s why I decided to apply for the Rehabilitation and Injury Management degree at Wrexham Glyndwr University.
What do you enjoy most about your course?
I love the clinic, I’m a hands-on person, I love to see gained knowledge being put into practice. I love the interaction with my clients and seeing how the therapists can improve their health and wellbeing.
What has the support been like?
The support from the lecturers and the other staff has been great, they’re always there for us, they’re very flexible regarding an appointment or help. There’s plenty of support from the university as well, academic skills, disability team are great, so yeah, I really enjoy it.
What do you hope to do when you graduate?
I’m hoping to get a job where I can gain more knowledge and expand and improve my skills in helping my patients. Also, I would like to continue my career and apply for a masters in physiotherapy.
