After completing an undergraduate degree in Management, Tracy worked in sales and Marketing for a time before becoming Operations director for a French company. As part of this role Tracy took an active part in training and development for the organisation and the strategic development.
Having experienced the business development and marketing first hand, Tracy wanted to improve her skills and studied for a Masters in Business and Consumer Psychology at Bangor University. On completion Tracy was able to combine her previous experience with her academic knowledge and set up her own consultancy. She worked with a range of companies on strategic projects applying Consumer Psychology theories within the work place to improve business performance.
At weekends Tracy loves the being outdoors and after walking the dog on the beach she can be found sailing or kitesurfing if it is windy and wakeboarding or stand up paddle boarding if it is calm. She continues to ski and now makes regular trips to the alps to improve her telemarking!
