Neil has been an educator in further and higher education for over 19 years.In that time he has taught from BTEC up to Masters level.He has also delivered professional courses in Employment Law in both the public and private sectors throughout North Wales and has worked as an A-level law assessor for OCR.
Neil has been a moderator for the Access to Higher Education qualification for the North Wales Open College Network and in addition has also worked as part of the editorial board for Pearson Education where he reviewed Business Law by Denis Keenan.He was also the visiting lecturer on European Law at Laapenranta University, Finland.
As part of his duties at Glyndwr Neil has participated on various panels including the Audit and Review Committee and the Mitigating Circumstances Committee.He is currently preparing his PHD proposal which will investigate how employment tribunals and courts determine employment status.
