Daniel completed his first degree in Psychology in New Zealand before returning to the UK. After completing a PGCert in Computing from Liverpool University, Daniel studied for a BSc.(Hons) Physiotherapy from the University of Salford, training in the NHS and gaining a 1st class degree.
Daniel then pursued a career in private practise and professional football, working full-time for two North-West of England Championship and Premier League football clubs in Senior Academy and 1st team roles as a Chartered Physiotherapist. Whilst in a full time role in professional football, Daniel gained an MSc in Exercise & Sports Medicine at the University of Birmingham and worked part-time teaching on the MSc. Physiotherapy (pre-reg). Daniel maintains a private practise alongside his full-time role at Glyndwr.
Daniel is married with three children and enjoys walking and travelling.
