Introduction to Branding
Are you interested in learning how to improve the brand of your company or product to help you get ahead in business?
This course will introduce the common misconceptions about what a brand is and will provide you with an opportunity to:
i) analyse and clarify what a brand is
ii) evaluate your personal or public brand
iii) compile and develop your own unique brand strategy
This practical course will offer you the framework to start building a brand by illuminating the need to connect, differentiate and focus on creating brand experiences that are more mental rather than just visual.
What will you study?
This course will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn the basic concepts of branding. Each week will focus on an aspect of brand development and enquiry, marketing theory and analytic proficiency and will cover topics such as:
- Introduction to branding
- Brand benchmarking
- Perception and authenticity
- Ambition & desire
- Brand values
- Customer analysis
- Demographics and establishing brand loyalty
Course duration and dates
This course starts on June 21st 2021 and runs for 9 weeks, finishing on August 16th 2021. Live sessions will take place every Monday from 5pm until 7pm.
Regent Street Campus
Attendees will produce a portfolio of tasks throughout the course culminating in a final project to be presented to the group.
