
Drone Technology & Operations
This course is ideal for those who are keen to enter this industry sector or simply wish to develop a thorough understanding of UAS Technology.
It will help to build your confidence as a drone operator, allowing you to safely undertake drone missions in the knowledge that you have complied with all of the relevant statutory requirements. During this course, you will be offered the opportunity to train for the CAA Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO) certificate for Small Unmanned Aircraft.

Course duration
Six weeks Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) with 3 Day attendance on campus.
Course dates
The course will run four times a year based around the months of August, October, April and June.

On successful completion of this course, you will gain a WGU ENG 481 module completion transcript and a Drone piloting competence certificate issued by a CAA Nationally Qualified Entity (NQE).
