Our Summer Schools are the perfect way to enjoy an appetizer of university life here at Wrexham Glyndwr.
We offer two Summer Schools, which take place from Monday, July 1 until Friday, July 26 (Computing, Business & Media) and Monday, July 29 until Friday, August 23 (Engineering Top-up) offering a range of undergraduate-level programmes with a fresh approach to traditional academic subjects. You’ll experience a mixture of academic lectures, engaging study sessions and exciting social activities.
You may choose to study at one of our Summer Schools purely for the interest value. However, all of our courses offer university credits and some offer top-up pathways leading to full undergraduate qualifications. Check out the links below for more information regarding specific courses:

Accommodation is allocated on a first come first served basis in our premier Wrexham Village.
A £50 non-refundable deposit** will secure your place, leaving a balance of £1000 payable before arrival. All payments will use our secure online card payment system.
On receipt of your deposit, you will shortly after, receive an email with instructions on how to select and reserve your accommodation. The email should arrive within three weeks of your deposit payment date but in busy periods, this may take a little longer.
**The demand for these programmes is normally high but in the event, a programme has insufficient students registered, it will not be offered. In such an event, any registered students will be offered an alternative programme or given a full refund of any fees paid.
