The team at the North Wales Business School believes in adding value to our students' experience. All our lecturers and support staff have an open door policy, enabling them to be on hand to assist students should they have any concerns. Class sizes are kept small meaning lecturers can really get to know their students and are able to offer advice and support. The recently developed "scale-up" rooms offer a new, innovative way of teaching enhancing the learning experience and enabling student interaction and teamwork.
Students are encouraged to maximise their time at university and to take up opportunities to undertake work experience placements and enter national and international business competitions. Recent successes have been in entrepreneurship competitions where students have won places on the European Innovation Academy programme and the opportunity to take part in a Chinese summer school. More recently, one of our Health, Tourism and Events Management students won the prestigious Vanessa Cotton Scholarship Award 2018 announced by the MPI UK and Ireland Chapter.
Our programmes portfolio now includes popular courses in subjects such as Human Resource Management and Financial Technology taught by experts with both academic and industry experience.
