Art and Design subjects are based mainly within the traditional home of the former North Wales School of Art and Design building at Regent Street where there is a blend of traditional studios and modern technological areas.

You can choose to study undergraduate degrees in fine arts, applied arts, film and photography, graphic design, animation, games design and illustration and whilst studying you will have access to the technical workshops in design, 3D, print and also the latest technology in our Centre for the Creative Industries just down the road on the main campus at Plas Coch. Live project work and meaningful research is what makes our students more and more employable.

You also have the opportunity to study postgraduate degrees, with taught masters of arts programmes and research degrees as masters of philosophy and doctors of philosophy.

So whether you are seeking employment or higher levels of study Arts and Design offers you an exciting future.
