The BUCS Mars Northern 4C championship was secured by a ten-point margin, with the side unbeaten throughout the league season.
It means the team have a formidable record over the past three years, having lost just one league game since 2009.
Anna Marie Brown, sports facilities manager at Glyndŵr University, paid tribute to the efforts of all involved.
She said: “To win three successive league titles is a magnificent achievement.
“Coach Brian Prandle has revolutionised the approach to the game at the university and a huge amount of credit is due to him, as well as all the players who have taken part in the success.
“The only way is up from here, and we are sure there is more success on the way.
“As a university we have made a massive commitment to sport at all levels. With the and Colliers Park training facilities now under university ownership we believe we can lead the way in developing both university and community sport in the region.”
