      Personal Data about you collected via the online store will be retained for a reasonable period or for the period required by UK law.

      Personal data collected from you via our website, is likely to be used to manage and monitor the use of our online store. As part of this management the University’s use of personal data includes:

      • To despatch goods and correspondence via couriers and postal companies.
