Background
Phill de Prez is the Course Director for the BSc (Hons) Psychology degree. He has an honours degree in Psychology, an MSc in Inter-professional Practice and a PGCPD teaching qualification from Glyndŵr University. He also has a counselling qualification from Chester University.
He is at present carrying out research for his PhD. He has in the past worked delivering training sessions in local government, the health sector and in the private sector.
His research interests initially centred on stress in the workplace and now focus on team dynamics and motivation in organisations.
His teaching areas include developmental psychology, social psychology, organisational psychology and psychology in action.
Research interests
Phill’s research interests are within the field of individual’s working practices in organizations. In particular research focusing on team processes, stress and collaborative working (either at the organizational level or the individual level).
