Short Courses

The Group provides short training courses to Industry for Continuing Professional Development. The courses have been accredited by the University of Wales and form part of a taught MSc programme.

Courses include:

• Industrial Water Soluble Polymers
• Industrial Applications of Rheology
• Fundamentals of Hydrocolloid Technology (in conjunction with University of Nottingham)

Conferences

The Centre hosts the international Conference on Gums and Stabilisers for the Food Industry.
