Education, training and development are crucial to the success of organisations and those in the public and private sectors are increasingly realising the importance of investing in their most valuable resource – their employees.
In studying the programme, you will be at the heart of this dynamic process. Through a combination of taught modules and placement experiences, you will develop the knowledge and skills that successful organisations have identified as being key to graduate employability and essential for effective training and continuing education.
The programme will ensure you have the competencies to become an inspiring education and training practitioner, leading others in their work, whilst developing yourself as a capable, reflective professional.
Successful organisations tell us a professionally trained workforce is essential for their future. The course looks beyond traditional training to education in a much broader sense, thereby encouraging lifelong learning through personal, academic and professional development.
