BA (Hons) Media Communications and Screen Studies
21st century life is dominated by what we see through the screen - TVs, cinema screens, laptops, notebooks and video games. Screen Studies combines traditional academic approaches to film and media studies with the very latest research into how we interact online. Students are encouraged to engage with a diversity of contemporary screen cultures and technologies.

Develop key skills in researching, writing and producing material for press, radio, TV and online media. Opportunities are available to produce audio and video content for our on-campus community radio station, Calon FM, in this practical combination route.
