
How to apply - international students
Once you’ve chosen the course you want to study, first confirm that you meet the entry criteria. You can check these against your qualifications in your country’s page under entry requirements. Make sure you can also provide all necessary supporting information e.g. portfolio of work, academic certificates etc.
You can then either apply direct using the international application form below or apply through one of our country representatives.
Applying direct
We aim to make the process of applying to study at Glyndŵr University as streamlined and simple as possible. To get the most from the application process, follow this guide.
Download an international application form from the Glyndwr University website or request an application form from international@glyndwr.ac.uk
- Fill in your application and return it alongside your supporting documents by email to international@glyndwr.ac.uk
- In the subject line enter the word ‘application’ followed by your full name
- Aim to attach your supporting documents in one email
The supporting documents we require are: scanned/electronic copies of your passport, educational certificates, and IELTS or other English language supporting documents.
Please take the time to fill in your application correctly, this makes it easier for us to process your application and expedites the approval process.
If you are unsure about the application process and require help, we have good relationships with agents around the world. For a list of agents please view the International section of the Glyndŵr University website and select your country.

Regional representatives
We have regional representatives in a number of countries. They will guide you through applying to study with us and getting your student visa. They will also give you advice on preparing for life as a student in the UK. To see if there is one in your area, look in your country's page under entry requirements.

Fee Status Assessment
In some cases overseas students may be eligible for home fee status rather than overseas feess under the guidelines from UKCISA.
If you feel you may be eligible for home fee status, please fully complete and return, with supporting evidence, the Fee Status Assessment form below.
