Postgraduate scholarship 2011/12
Please note the 2011 Postgraduate Scholarship scheme will be closed on 1st November 2011
In response to the different ways students choose to learn at postgraduate level, Glyndŵr University is offering new scholarship options for enrolments during the academic year 2011/12.
- A scholarship of £2,000 for Glyndŵr University graduates undertaking a full-time postgraduate course in 2011/12
- A scholarship of £1,000 for graduates of any other Welsh Higher Education Institution (HEI) undertaking a full-time postgraduate course in 2011/12
- A scholarship of £500 for graduates of Glyndŵr University, any other Welsh HEI or graduates who have lived in Wales for three years prior to postgraduate studies (honours degree or equivalent) undertaking a part-time postgraduate course in 2011/12

Eligibility for our 2011/12 scholarship
- The applicant’s undergraduate course was completed successfully as outlined above
- The applicant is not a debtor to Glyndŵr University
- International students may receive the research scholarship at value of the home fee only
Terms and conditions
- The award is a reduction in fees, not a cash transaction paid to the student
- It is awarded in year of study
- It is awarded for the normal duration of the course only: students who have to repeat the year will not receive any scholarship for that extra year
- The postgraduate scholarship cannot be held in addition to another Glyndŵr University scholarship
