Paper Publication
Full WiMob 2009
conference registration will include workshops. Any registered author
can attend any workshop and the main conference. Each workshop paper
will need to have at least one author register at the FULL conference
rate.
ALL papers accepted for the War & Peace Driving WiMob workshop will
be included in the main WiMob 2009 conference proceedings and published
by the IEEE.
Paper Format
The paper format will be the same as that of the main WiMob 2009 conference. This follows the standard IEEE Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats found at http://www.ieee.org/portal/pages/pubs/transactions/stylesheets.html.
Your paper must be printable in order to be accepted.
Paper Length
The maximum paper length is SIX printed pages (10-point font) including
figures, graphics and tables. WiMob 2009 will accept papers that are up to
SEVEN pages in length, but the over-length papers will be subject to an
overlength fee. Please refer to the main conference for additional
information at http://conferences.computer.org/wimob2009/index.html.
Submitting your Paper to the Workshop
The WiMob 2009 Workshop is using the EDAS (http://edas.info/N7643) Conference Management System to manage paper submissions process. In order to submit, you must first create a EDAS account if you do not have already one. The EDAS system will e-mail you your password. Then you can login to EDAS using the password you have received by email. EDAS will provide you with a submissions homepage where you can register your paper submission and make appropriate changes.

Paper submission due: June 21, 2009
Paper acceptance notification: July 18, 2009
Final manuscript due: August 10, 2009
Registration and full payment due: August 10, 2009
